Normal shipping / delivery lead times would be 7 working days. We have partnered with national courier service providers of repute to ensure timely deliveries. Shipping charges are free pan india. 

 

Return/Cancellations Policy

 

Cancelled orders would be refunded if the products have not already been shipped. Products purchased online can be returned within 7 working days. All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The amount paid would be refunded in 15 working days after deducting shipping costs. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below M/502 , KALPITA ENCLAVE SAHAR ROAD, KOLDUNGRI, ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI - 400 069. TIME: 9.30 AM TO 6.30 PM Once we have received the products, and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your account. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team.
